Our splits flexibility training course is developed to loosen up all the areas needed to give you that perfect split. No matter where you are with your flexibility, everyone can work towards them in a safe and controlled way.

Each class runs for 1 hour and starts with a thorough warm up with strength building and conditioning.

Stretches include:-

  • Static
  • Developmental
  • P & F
  • Resistance
  • Active flexibility

Every individual can work either towards, to maintain, or even work on their over split. This weekly stretch class pays attention to both front and middle splits. Using a range of safe stretching techniques, during this class you are not only developing flexibility, you are also working on the strength required to support your splits.
